Hemp beneficial or not?

Hemp Oil comes from the Hemp Plant. It has become more popular, there have been many reports that sing the praises re health benefits. It has now become legal to purchase and ingest Hemp seeds and Hemp oil in Australia.

Whether it's joint pain, cramps, dry skin, psoriasis or even PMS hemp has been linked with easing the pain and discomfort.

What is Hemp Oil?

Hemp Oil comes from the seeds of the hemp plant and is packed with goodness; it has quite a strong distinctive nutty smell. It contains Omega 3, 6 and 9, minerals including Calcium, Copper, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Potassium, Phosphorous, Chlorophyll and Fibre and vitamins A1,B1,B2,B3,B6,C,D & E. It also contains all nine essential amino acids. 

The Omega ratio of fats is similar to that of human tissues and is very easily absorbed internally and also through the skin.

The Benefits of Hemp Oil and Hemp Seeds

1. Helps lower cholesterol 

Studies have shown that Hemp Oil can reduce the levels of LDL cholesterol in the blood thereby accelerating metabolic processes to break down the fats on the walls of your artries.

2. Helps ease psoriasis

Psoriasis can be caused through the lack of essential fatty acids in the body. Hemp Oil is rich in fatty acids and they are easily absorbed. Linoleic Acid and Gamma Linoleic Acid are important to help influence the loss in water through the skin and help ease the discomfort of psoriasis and dry skin. 

3. Helps vegans and vegetarians get enough fatty acids.
